I had a very mixed experience at this hotel. On one hand, the views were absolutely breathtaking, especially from the lake-facing rooms. The quality of food was exceptional, making our dining experience quite memorable. On the other hand, my arrival was met with disappointment as our booking was mishandled, which caused unnecessary frustration.
